So far I’m finding the bitters really helpful with my gas and bloating. I’m very sensitive to cruciferous vegetables and this helps diminish my symptoms.
Oh this stuff is truly amazing! I have a sweet tooth at night time and it’s always been a battle. Not only does it help combat that it also is good for my gut!
