Adaptogenic vegan ice cream

Simmer Down Tonic Ice Cream

When it's hot, we can't think of anything better than ice cream! And as herbalists, we are always thinking of creative ways to get herbs into our everyday life. Herbal ice cream seemed like the perfect way, especially when made with adaptogenic herbs to support our nervous system.* This is not only a special treat, but one that's supporting us too.

Can you think of anything better? We can't!

Our Simmer Down Tonic® makes the perfect pairing to a creamy frozen treat! A nervous system tonic made with calming adaptogens which promote a mellow mood and soothe nervousness and irritability during a stressful day. Additionally, they protect your body from the depleting effects of stress and enhance your experience of general health and well-being.

Simmer Down Tonic is the perfect ally if you find yourself wired, frazzled, and tired but unable to settle into peaceful activities, or just run down from a stressful day in general. This tonic makes a great ally as you get into a relaxed state. *  Plus, the adaptogenic herbs tulsi and ashwagandha from our Simmer Down Tonic add a lovely early flavor and take this herbal treat to a whole new place.
