Use and Directions
Enjoy a 1/2 teaspoon (2.4mL) once or twice a day, up to five times daily if needed, in a little warm or cold water. Sip lovingly, enjoying the blessings of good health!

If using the refillable, travel-sized spray bottle, we recommend spritzing directly onto the tongue or into water 12 times. 12 sprays equal ½ teaspoon. There are about 6 servings in a ½ oz. (15mL) spray bottle.
If using the 2oz. dropper bottle, we recommend using 1 dropper full directly on the tongue or diluted in a little water. One dropper full is equal to ½ teaspoon. There are approximately 24 servings in a 2oz. (59.1mL) dropper bottle.
If using the 8.4oz apothecary bottle, we recommend using it to refill one of the smaller sizes, or measuring ½ teaspoon (approx. 4 dashes) for use directly on the tongue or in water. There are about 100 servings in an 8.4oz (250mL) bottle.
